• Representation of a French state-owned company in connection with its multi-billion French-Franc claim, in an ICC arbitration resulting from the termination of a long-term contract for the construction and operation of a uranium-enrichment plant.
• Representation of a French aircraft manufacturer in dealings with the U.S. administrative agency governing exports to obtain authorization to export aircraft motors to be incorporated in an aircraft sold to Iran.
